Lottery WW1 Commemorations funding round now open

The Lottery World War One Commemorations, Environment and Heritage (LWEH) Committee is now open until 18 February 2015.

The Committee is interested in receiving applications on First World War commemorations including community events, activities and capital projects associated with commemorating the centenary of World War One.

If you or your any of your network organisations are interested in making an application please go to http://www.communitymatters.govt.nz/ for more information and the detailed funding criteria or call 0800 824 824 and ask to talk to a LWEH advisor.

Communities and organisations are being encouraged to develop innovative projects that commemorate the centenary of the First World War and give insight into the contribution New Zealand communities made during and immediately after the Great War.
