In 2014 the Gisborne Quilting Group produced 14 small quilted samplers to commemorate the First World War. These are on display at Gisborne's Tairawhiti Museum from 26 June - 26 July 2015.

Join us at Auckland's Torpedo Bay Navy Museum between 7-19 April 2015 to make a candle holder which will house a candle for you to light at home in remembrance on the morning of Anzac Day.
Come to Wellington's Colonial Cottage Museum between 1pm – 4pm on Sunday 22 February 2015, where you can get your craft on and create a poppy for the 5000 Poppies project.
This project is part of the Peace Poppy Project aimed to engage as many people from our community as possible, to share stories of remembrance and how we can retain peace for now and into the future
